A man waiting for drive-through service at a Burger King in West Hempstead was robbed at gunpoint Tuesday night by two suspects who then fled, police said.

The robbery happened at 10:45 p.m. at the Burger King at 340 Hempstead Tpke.

Although one of the suspects had a gun, Nassau County police said no one was injured. It was not immediately clear how much money was stolen in the incident.

Police said the victim, 20, was waiting at the drive-through when two suspects approached his car. One of them was 5-foot-8 with a stocky build, wearing dark jeans, a light sweater and a dark ski mask, while the other was wearing a red ski mask.
