Manhasset captured its eighth straight county title with a 19-10 victory over No. 3 Cold Spring Harbor in the Nassau Class C girls lacrosse championship, today at Hofstra.

Halle Majorana (pictured, right) had five goals and one assist, Jenny Vlahos had three goals and two asssits, Kerri Fleishhacker had three goals and one assist, Cathryn Avallone had two goals and one assist and Maggie Reichenbach had two goals for the top-seeded Indians (16-1). Kristen Insardi led CSH (10-7) with three goals and one assist and Victoria Kotowski had two goals.

Manhasset will meet Shoreham-Wading River, Sunday at 5 p.m. at Dowling for the Long Island Class C championship.
