Senior Matt Crohan pitched his second consecutive no-hitter with a career-high 18 strikeouts in leading Riverhead over Centereach, 4-0, yesterday in League IV baseball.

Crohan, who walked five, threw 104 pitches. The lefthander featured an overpowering fastball and mixed in his curveball, coach Rob Maccone said.

Crohan threw his first no-hitter on March 27 in a 2-0 win over East Islip.

Bobby Dilworth and Jesse Patriss each had an RBI and Cody Smith went 2-for-3 for the Blue Wave (2-2). Centereach is 2-2.
