Matt McDaniels scored on a bootleg from 42-yards with nine minutes left in the fourth quarter to cap a comeback by No. 2 Kellenberg, which overcame a three-score deficit for a 21-20 win over third-seeded Holy Trinity in a CHSFL AA semifinal yesterday.

McDaniels had 22 carries for 217 yards and one touchdown, also completing five of 10 pass attempts for 104 yards.

Kellenberg's Josh Broschardt scored on touchdown runs of 1 and 4 yards in the third quarter to cut Holy Trinity's lead to score 20-14 after three quarters. Kellenberg will play the winner of No. 1 Fordham vs. No. 4 St. Joseph's in the championship game Saturday at 12 p.m. at Mitchell Athletic Complex. Long Island Lutheran 45, Kingswood-Oxford School 12: Brandon Alford had 94 yards rushing on seven carries and touchdowns, one offensive and one defensive for L.I. Lutheran (4-6) Fairchester League. Alford's second score was 76-yard interception return. Jordan Channer carried 11 times for 153 yards and one touchdown, a 76-yard score during a 30-point second quarter for Lutheran. Tiquan Garner scored on an 80-yard fumble recovery for the Crusaders.
