The McDonald's All-American nominees are out and Long Island has six players. Micki Impellizeri (St. Anthony's), Alexandra Leftridge (Whitman), Ugochi Nwaigwe (Valley Stream South), Allysia Rohlehr (St. John the Baptist), Alexis Smith (St. John the Baptist), and Kamala Thompson (St. John the Baptist) are the nominees.
