Thanks to their sweep of the Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference Finals, the Knicks have had plenty of time this week to rest and recharge — or in Jose Alvarado's case, catch a Mets game.

Alvarado got to check out batting practice at Citi Field on Wednesday night before the Mets' series finale against the Cincinnati Reds. The Brooklyn native received a custom No. 5 Alvarado Mets jersey and other Mets-themed memorabilia, signed some autographs for fans and was seen chatting with Alex Cohen.

It seems some of the Knicks' winning ways rubbed off on the struggling Mets in the process — they beat the Reds, 4-2, to snap a five-game losing streak and avoid their second straight three-game sweep.
