Meghan Flynn divides her day between Northport High School and the Long Island High School for the Arts where she is a Musical Theatre major. In 2009, she studied Musical Theatre at New York University’s Steinhardt School of Music.

A member of the National Honor Society, Meghan was recently named a National Merit Commendable Student and was recognized as a Writer of Outstanding Ability by the National Council of Teachers of English. She recently traveled to Nicaragua as a member of the humanitarian organization, Students for 60,000, and she volunteers weekly at an assisted living facility.

Meghan plans to continue her study of Musical Theatre in college. She counts her teachers as influential sources of wisdom, inspiration and guidance in her life.
