Is singer Miley Cyrus dating music producer Mike WiLL Made It, who helmed her current album "Bangerz"? Us Weekly said yesterday that Cyrus, 21, and the producer born Michael Len Williams II, 25, have been secretly seeing each other since shortly after Cyrus and her fiance, "Hunger Games" actor Liam Hemsworth, 24, broke up in September 2013. The magazine added that the two behaved affectionately in public at a BET Awards party on June 28.
