In East Moriches, voters rejected a referendum seeking to make the office of fire district treasurer an appointment instead of an elected position.

North Merrick voters approved a referendum for the district to purchase two defibrillators.

Bellport voters approved a referendum to approve a new employee benefits reserve fund.

In Ridge, voters approved a referendum extending the retirement eligibility for firefighters.
