Moustakas, Martinez win All-Star voting

Royals third baseman Mike Moustakas and Cardinals righthander Carlos Martinez are going to the All-Star Game. Martinez beat out the Reds' Johnny Cueto, the Dodgers' Clayton Kershaw, the Rockies' Troy Tulowitzki and the Mets' Jeurys Familia in the final fan vote. Moustakas beat out the Twins' Brian Dozier, the Tigers' Yoenis Cespedes and the Red Sox's Xander Bogaerts. -- AP
