THE DEAL The Fab Four's first movie will return to theaters nationwide during the July Fourth weekend, the Los Angeles Times reports. The reissue will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the film's release at London's Pavilion Theatre on July 6, 1964. Directed by Richard Lester and starring The Beatles as cheeky versions of themselves, the film was a smash and remains one of the most popular and influential music movies of all time. It will screen in a digitally restored version from Janus Films with a soundtrack remastered at the Abbey Road studio by Giles Martin, son of legendary Beatles producer George Martin.
