Chris Murphy scored three goals, including the go-ahead score off a feed from Matt Betzold with 3:03 left in the fourth quarter for Deer Park in a 6-5 non-league victory over Roslyn Tuesday in boys lacrosse.

Murphy tied the score at 5 with two minutes remaining in the third. Perry Naviasky made 24 saves for Roslyn.Valley Stream District 10, West Hempstead 9: Connor Sciacca had three goals, including the winner with seven minutes left in the fourth to lead Valley Stream District in non-league. Henry Walso led VSD with four goals and an assist and Sciacca also added two assists.GIRLS LACROSSE

Half Hollow Hills 11, Harborfields 10: Ariel O'Shea scored her second goal of the game off a feed from Kelsey Cunningham with 8:27 left to give Half Hollow Hills an 11-10 lead in non-league. Cunningham and Julia DiMaria each had three goals and Alexis Maffucci added a goal and three assists.North Babylon 12, Lindenhurst 9: Bria Hartley scored twice during a four-goal outburst at the start of the second half for North Babylon in non-league. Emily Catalano scored North Babylon's first three goals of the game.

SOFTBALL

Oyster Bay 1, Hicksville 0: Joanna Sugar drew a bases-loaded walk that scored Jillian Boccia in the bottom of the fifth to lead Oyster Bay in non-league. Kerri Apicella struck out 16 in a one-hitter and went 2-for-3.

West Islip 6, Lindenhurst 5: Jen Ranieri had a walk-off single in the bottom of the eighth to win it for West Islip in non-league. Ranieri went 3-for-4 with four RBIs and two runs.
