Nassau County Comptroller George Maragos will answer questions Tuesday night about the county’s finances at the Grace Multi-Community Development Corp. Building, 944 Jerusalem Ave., Uniondale, next to the Grace Cathedral church.

Hosted by Bishop R.W. Harris and Maragos, the meeting will begin at 7 p.m.

“The town hall meeting will be an opportunity for the public to gain insight into the financial condition of the county, learn of steps being taken to protect the residents from property tax increases and to air their views on the quality of county services,” Maragos said. “Suggestions on reducing waste and improving services will be welcomed.”
