Correction: Cuba-Building Collapse story

HAVANA — In a story published October 4, 2023, about a building collapse in Havana, The Associated Press erroneously reported the number cited by Cuba’s Director of Housing Vivian Rodríguez for the country’s housing deficit as 800. She said the deficit was 800,000 homes.
