Defense: $520 million
Non-Defense: $491 million
War funding: $85.2 billion, $2 billion less than 2013 enacted amount but $6 billion more than president's request.
Army Corps of Engineers: $5.467 billion, $495 million more than 2013 enacted level
Internal Revenue Service: $11.3 billion, $503 million less than 2013 enacted level
Homeland Security grants: $1.5 billion, up $35.4 million over 2013 enacted level
Head Start: $8.6 billion, $612 million more than 2013 enacted level
Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program: $3.4 billion, down $40 million from 2013 enacted level
Mental Health programs: $1.1 billion, up $136 million from 2013 enacted level
Veterans Affairs: $63.2 billion, $2.3 billion more than 2013 enacted level
Amtrak: $1.39 billion, down $28 million from 2013 enacted level
Community Development Block Grants: $3.03 billion, down $278 million from 2013 enacted level
