KYIV, Ukraine — In a story published Aug. 24, 2024, about (topic), The Associated Press erroneously quoted Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy as saying 35,000 soldiers had been killed as of Feb. 24, 2024.
It should be 31,000.
