Neglected horses found on farm
Here are photos provided by Columbia-Greene Humane Society, of the horses found in terrible condition April 10 on Center Brook Farm in in upstate Coxsackie. Some 177 neglected horses were seized from prominent breeder Ernie Paragallo, of Lloyd Neck, who is charged with animal cruelty.
