Local business people have two networking events — one in Smithtown and one in Hauppauge — to choose from Thursday.

Members of the Greater Smithtown Chamber of Commerce will have a chance to meet Smithtown High School students and members of the school’s Industry Advisory Board. The annual program, called the “Perfect Partnership,” will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Suffolk County National Bank, 222 Middle Country Rd., Smithtown. To confirm attendance, call the chamber of commerce at 631-979-8069 or email bfranco@smithtownchamber.com.

The Suffolk County Small Business Advisory Council will hold a gathering, called the Access to Success Summit, from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the H. Lee Dennison Building, 100 Veterans Memorial Hwy., Hauppauge.

The event will allow business owners to meet with government representatives, business and financial management groups, and import-export specialists at information pavilions. It’s free, but registration is required. To register, call the Town of Brookhaven Office of Economic Development at 631-451-6563.
