Though most restaurants -- and businesses -- in New York City are closed for Christmas, a handful will be serving supper (and other meals, too). If cooking for the family on the 25th isn't in the cards, take a vacation from the kitchen. Obao Hell's Kitchen

Zaro's Bake Shop

For chocolate, cake, or other confections, the Bronx bakery is spreading Christmas cheer in the sweetest way -- with sugar! Mile End

Fatty Crab

Victor's Café and Cuba Lounge

Bistro Chat Noir

For a pescatarian party, this Williamsburg restaurant offers oysters, clams and shrimp cocktail from its raw bar. Couldn't get out of town (but would have liked to)? Celebrate Feliz Navidad with Pavo en Mole con Relleno de Huitlacoche (roasted turkey with huitlacoche stuffing) for dinner. Between family visitors and shopping for presents, the season can be stressful, and unwinding is necessary.
