$35K for Yankees playoff tickets?!?
Even A-Rod might have a hard time paying for some Yankees playoff tickets.
Two seats in the highest level of the Yankee Stadium infield grandstand were being hocked for $35,000 apiece on StubHub.com on Thursday — an enormous markup from the tickets’ $64 face value and substantially higher than similar seats priced at $100 each on StubHub.
The asking price for tickets in the Legends Suite was $7,000, and in the Jim Beam Suite it was $5,000.
The Yankees play the first two games of the American League Championship Series in Texas on Friday and Saturday before playing three straight at the Stadium starting Monday.
