Alex Rodriguez filed an amended lawsuit against Major League Baseball on Tuesday morning in Manhattan federal court that includes more allegations of misconduct by commissioner Bud Selig.

The amended lawsuit cites how Selig “chose to hide in his office in Milwaukee rather than come testify” last week at Rodriguez’s appeal of his 211-game suspension.

An MLB spokesman declined to comment about the lawsuit.
