Did you watch the Ravens kick butt on Sunday? Were you enthralled with their moves on the field? There's a workout class that might excite you.

Former Baltimore Raven Curtis Williams was a wide receiver n the NFL for a season. After an injury, he decided the football life wasn't for him.

"I just woke up one morning and hated it," he said.

And then he found his true calling: fitness.

Williams, who calls himself, appropriately, a coach, this year launched his new class Training C.A.M.P. (cardiovascular agility and muscular performance) at Crunch. It's a 45-minute (30-minute classes are available), high-intensity workout that shows no mercy. Expect endless lunges, rapid steps and jumps in quick succession and time spent twisting on all fours.

The class is mostly taken by females, but is an "interesting blend" of people, Williams said.

"Even though it's mostly females, [it's] OK for guys to take it based on my background," he said.

Regardless of whether those in the class are male or female, everyone was pumped up when we attended. Some people even wore the class tank tops, emblazed with the slogan, "Your workout is our warm-up."

The music is loud, the moves are fast and the time flies by. What more could you ask for from an intense workout?
