“Sometimes my mind isn’t right.”

That’s what accused killer Maksim Gelman told reporters yesterday in an interview from the prison psych ward at Bellevue Hospital.

Gelman, 23, of Brooklyn, is accused of terrorizing the city during a 28-hour reign of bloody violence last weekend, brutally killing four people and wounding four others.

From ranting that the Drug Enforcement Agency set him up to claiming he has been beaten behind bars, Gelman reportedly appeared paranoid and unglued.

Also yesterday, hundreds of mourners gathered at a Marine Park funeral home to say a somber farewell to a mother and daughter who were two of Gelman’s alleged murder victims.

Yelena Bulchenko, 20, the woman who Gelman fostered an obsession for, was remembered as a vibrant, life-loving woman. Bulchenko and her mother, Anna, 53, were later buried at a Staten Island cemetery.
