Actors' kid, Scout Willis, gets deal on public drinking charge

Prosecutors will not pursue public drinking and criminal impersonation charges against Bruce Willis and Demi Moore's daughter -- as long as she can stay out of trouble for six months and perform two days of community service.
A transit cop busted Scout Willis drinking a Pakistani beer in Union Square in June, according to court papers. Willis, then 20, tried to give the officer a New York State ID with the name Katherine Kelly, but eventually fessed up that it wasn't hers, and handed over her real ID.
Under an agreement with the Manhattan district attorneys office, Willis will not have to admit guilt and will have her record wiped clean if she follows the terms of the deal, which is common for first-time offenders busted on low-level crimes.
A spokeswoman from the DA's office declined to comment on the case.
Willis' lawyer, Stacey Richman, accepted the deal on her behalf Tuesday. She did not return messages for comment.
