Alec Baldwin: Donate to Bill de Blasio and get a chance to dine with me

Alec Baldwin wants "what's in your wallet" to go to the campaign of public advocate Bill de Blasio.

The actor and Capital One spokesman is hosting a dinner for de Blasio, and a donor will get a chance to bring a guest to join the former "30 Rock" star and de Blasio and wife at the dinner table.

In an email to supporters, Baldwin cited tax increases for the wealthy, increasing access to early childhood education, "community-police relations" and the "inequality crisis" as issues for the next mayor. "You and I both know that leader is Bill de Blasio," he wrote.
