Alec Baldwin broke down in tears yesterday while testifying in court against his alleged stalker, as the woman heckled and shouted in court throughout the day until the judge threatened her with contempt and her attorney removed her.
Genevieve Sabourin, 40, faces 23 counts of harassment and one count of stalking for allegedly trailing Baldwin for months, which he said in court amounted to hundreds of calls, voicemails, texts and emails, according to published reports.
The woman screamed repeatedly at Baldwin during his testimony at Manhattan Criminal Court, calling him a liar, until her attorney took her out of court, the Daily News reported.
Sabourin denies she stalked the "30 Rock" star, reportedly saying the two were lovers and she was "trying to get closure in a romantic relationship."
On his way out of court, Baldwin's famously testy side showed, the News reported, as he told a Post photographer with whom he has scuffled before: "I hope you choke to death."
