Alleged Queens library perv arrested

Police have arrested a man accused of groping and flashing a teenage girl in an Astoria library.
Hector Troche, 56, was caught on library surveillance footage after allegedly grabbing a 15-year-old girl's crotch and exposing himself on March 4, police said.
Police announced Troche's arrest Sunday after a weeklong investigation.
Troche faces charges of sex abuse, forcible touching and public lewdness. No children were injured.
