Amanda Bynes charged in two alleged hit-and-runs

Amanda Bynes' latest accident has led to two hit-and-run charges, according to TMZ.
Bynes, 26, was charged with a hit-and-run after allegedly smashing a rental car into a BMW, then leaving the scene. The charge led the L.A. city attorney's office to re-open a separate hit-and-run case from April.
