Amanda Bynes is about to get off scot-free - according to Amanda Bynes.

The tail-spinning former Nickelodeon star tweeted Tuesday that her attorney is going to get the "case dropped" after she was arrested last week for allegedly throwing a foot-long bong out the window of her midtown apartment.

"My lawyer is getting my case dropped!" Bynes tweeted Tuesday, adding that her own lawsuit against the NYPD for allegedly sexually harassing her during the arrest will be dropped.

"There was no proof of sexual harassment or drugs. Instead of me asking for the cop to be arrested for sexual harassment, I want my case dropped as well," she said. "His punishment will be being the cop who sexually harassed someone who would never find him handsome enough to be my boyfriend." The NYPD has denied any improper behavior of its officers.

Still, Bynes said she's suing the officer she says harassed her for "money compensation," because "I love having more money in my bank!" as well as TMZ.com for allegedly faking a photo of a shattered bong outside of her window.

Bynes, 27, even caught the attention of Courtney Love, who told Bynes to calm it down.

"@AmandaBynes pull it together dude," Love tweeted.

Bynes shot back: "Courtney Love is the ugliest woman I've ever seen. To be mentioned by her at all makes me and all my friends laugh!"

Her attorney didn't respond to a request for comment.
