Amanda Knox has a book deal: report

Not surprisingly, the Amanda Knox saga is a step closer to hitting shelves: TMZ.com reports she's signed with a powerful literary agent.

According to sources, Knox recently inked a deal with lawyer/lit agent Robert Barnett, the man behind books by Barack Obama, Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton, to name a few.

The sources also told TMZ that Knox's Italian ex-BF, Raffaele Sollecito, has signed his own book deal with Sharlene Martin, an agent famous for brokering deals for several N.Y. Times best-selling authors.
