A 22-year-old Ivy League graduate is dead after he was struck by a hit-and-run driver while crossing Manhattan's West Side Highway, cops said.

Andrew Quinn was hit by a southbound car at around 3 a.m. Saturday. He was pronounced dead at Bellevue Hospital.

Police are seeking the driver.

Quinn was a graduate of Cornell University. He lived in Morris Plains, N.J. and worked as a real estate analyst.

Quinn's mother, Linda Quinn, said her son was an avid skier who loved his job at Tishman Hotel and Realty.
