Anna Chlumsky welcomes baby girl Penelope Joan

“My Girl” star Anna Chlumsky now has a gal of her own!
The 32-year-old actress and hubby Shaun So have welcomed a daughter named Penelope Joan, a rep for Chlumsky confirmed on Thursday. The baby was born July 11.
Chlumsky received some additional happy news this week, scoring her first Emmy nomination on Thursday for her role in HBO’s “Veep.”
