Whether or not "The Carrie Diaries" - The CW's prequel to "Sex and the City" - is picked up for a second season, the show's 19-year-old star, AnnaSophia Robb, has loved playing a relatable teenage character.
"I definitely wanted to go another season," Robb, who plays a 16-year-old Carrie Bradshaw, told us at a celebration for H&M's Denim Days campaign on Saturday. "I really enjoy being able to play a girl around my age who young girls can look up to, and ... she's going through the same issues."
For example? Sex - this is a "SATC" prequel, after all.
"I think a lot of girls feel pressured to have sex, and [think], 'Why haven't they had sex?'" Robb said. "And I think it's a question of your femininity and what you're ready for, and maturity. It's a lot to talk about and discuss."
