'Argo,' 'Zero Dark Thirty' top Writers Guild of America Awards

And the awards-season winning streak continues!
After crushing it at the Golden Globes, SAG Awards and Directors Guild of America Awards, Ben Affleck's "Argo" took home top honors at Sunday night's Writers Guild of America Awards. The film's Chris Terrio took home the best adapted screenplay award. Best original screenplay went to "Zero Dark Thirty's" Mark Boal.
Meanwhile, in TV land, HBO's "Girls" took home the award for best new series - executive producer and star Lena Dunham also scored two Golden Globes for the comedy. "Breaking Bad" won for best drama, while the writers of "Louie" won for comedy.
The awards show of all awards shows, the Oscars, takes places this Sunday. Many predicting Affleck's drama about the real-life rescue of six Americans in 1979 Iran will walk away with the Best Picture prize, even though Affleck himself wasn't nominated in the directing category.
