Last year, Jimmy Choo debuted its industrial-strength eau de parfum. Now, this coming Monday, under the direction of perfumer Oliver Polge, Choo will debut an eau de toilette that ditches the parfum's overpowering patchouli but keeps the original scent's powdery, peppery notes.
