'Errors,' 'Love's' The Public Theater confirmed on Tuesday that this summer's Shakespeare in the Park season will consist of the slapstick-style "The Comedy of Errors," which will star Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Hamish Linklater and be directed by Daniel Sullivan ("The Merchant of Venice"), followed by a new musical version of "Love's Labour's Lost" that will be helmed by the "Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson" duo of songwriter Michael Friedman and director-playwright Alex Timbers. This marks the first new musical (as opposed to a revival like "Hair" or "Into the Woods") to be produced at Shakespeare in the Park in an exceedingly long time. 
 Broadway delay for 'Pump Boys' The Broadway revival of the country-themed revue "Pump Boys and Dinettes," which was slated to open at Circle in the Square in April, has been postponed due to "the crowded landscape on Broadway this spring," according to a statement from the producers. (When is it not crowded on Broadway in the springtime?) The revival was to star "American Idol" contestant Bo Bice and be directed by John Doyle, whose Off-Broadway revival of the Sondheim musical "Passion" is now in previews at Classic Stage. 
 'In the Heights' concert thrills despite late start Monday night's reunion concert of the original cast of the Tony-winning musical "In the Heights" brought a massive crowd to the United Palace of Cultural Arts in Washington Heights - but perhaps too big a crowd. The concert had to be delayed 45 minutes due to block-long lines that swarmed the overwhelmed box office. However, cast members promised those waiting outside that the show would not start until everyone was seated. Luckily, this absolutely electric and ecstatic concert was more than worth the wait. It appeared as if the entire audience already knew the show backward and forward. At one point, actress Karen Olivo even asked the audience for her lyric. 
 'Cat' grosses sink lower, 'Cinderella' strong As expected, last week's Broadway grosses were pretty dismal due to the weather. The Scarlett Johansson-led revival of "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof" filled less than half of the Richard Rodgers Theatre and brought in $66,000 less than the week before. But "Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella," which is still in previews, has been doing surprisingly well and is already on the verge of breaking the million-dollar-a-week mark. 
 Kevin Gray remembered by 'Phantom' cast At Tuesday night's curtain call of "The Phantom of the Opera," the cast took a moment to pay tribute to Kevin Gray, who passed away earlier this week of a sudden heart attack. The 55-year-old actor is one of the very few individuals to have played both the lover boy Raul and the Phantom at different times. He also appeared in "Miss Saigon" and "The King and I." 'Patsy Cline' musical eyes Broadway "Always ... Patsy Cline," a bio musical about the late country singer, is aiming to hit Broadway this summer. This year actually marks the 50th anniversary of Cline's death in a plane crash. Crystal Bowersox, an "American Idol" runner up from season nine, is slated to play the title role. The show includes 27 of Cline's songs including "Crazy" and "I Fall to Pieces."
