Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy's divorce drama heats up

Jason Hoppy isn't going down without a fight.
Bethenny Frankel's ex is seeking primary custody of the couple's 2-year-old daughter, Bryn, according to a report on TMZ.com.
In addition to custody, Hoppy - who became a reality-TV celeb after he started dating Skinnygirl mogul Frankel, who is a former "Real Housewife" - also wants Frankel to pay child support and dish out dough for medical and dental insurance. According to TMZ, Frankel has filed papers seeking the same from Hoppy.
He is also looking to maintain "exclusive use and occupancy of the marital residence" - a swanky pad in TriBeCa - and for Frankel to pay his lawyer and accounting fees, TMZ reported.
After three years of marriage, Frankel, 42, announced her split from Hoppy, 41, last month.
She said: "I am heartbroken. I am sad. We will work through this as a family."
