Beyonce named 'World's Most Beautiful Woman' by People

Beyonce has quite a few accomplishments under her belt for a woman of only 30: 16 Grammys, four solo albums, status as an international style icon, and, more recently, motherhood.

Now, she can add "World's Most Beautiful Woman" to the list.

People magazine crowned the pop star the "World's Most Beautiful Woman" for 2012 in its annual double issue. The announcement was made Wednesday.

Beyonce told the magazine that motherhood has made her feel even more beautiful than before. In January, she and husband Jay-Z gave birth to a daughter, Blue Ivy Carter. "I feel more beautiful than I've ever felt because I've given birth," she told People. "I have never felt so connected, never felt like I had such a purpose on this Earth."

Others on the list include Kate Middleton, Charlize Theron, Megan Fox and resident "Mad Men" vixen Christina Hendricks.
