Big-name mom moguls dish out advice to NYC women

Just in time for Mother's Day, a bevy of high-powered NYC moms gathered to share their secrets to success -- both professional and personal -- with a room full of New York ladies.

Designer Rebecca Minkoff, Gilt Groupe's Alexandra Wilkis Wilson, celeb stylist June Ambrose, Flywheel founder Ruth Zukerman and fashion and nonprofit maven Mary Alice Stephenson were among the panelists at the May 7 Mom Mogul Breakfast, thrown by Divamoms.com founder Lyss Stern and More magazine at Bond 45 in midtown.

So how do the ladies "do it all?"

"I wake before the quake -- I'm an hour before my children," said Ambrose, who gets up an hour before her two kids, allowing her time to meditate and get centered.

Meanwhile, as a single mom, Stephenson relies on a close "community of women."

"Unlike the ['Real] Housewives,' who bitch and moan and complain, I have . . . a circle of women [who support me]," she said.

Model Veronica Webb and jewelry designer Jennifer Fisher rounded out the panel.
