How about them apples?

During an appearance on CNN's "Piers Morgan" taped on Wednesday, Bill Clinton broke out his best Bono impersonation, shades and all, a day after the U2 frontman won raves for mimicking the former president during a Clinton Global Initiative conference in Manhattan.

In the seemingly prepared bit, Clinton joked about Bono's affinity for forming charities with just a few letters, such as the ONE Campaign, while speaking in an Irish accent.

The ribbing was all in good fun.

"We've been friends a long time, and it's not the first time he's made fun of me," Clinton said during the taping.

He even approved of Bono's take on his Arkansas drawl.

"It was pretty good," said the ex-president. "He's getting better at it."
