Bleecker Bob's to be replaced by new store in June

The tunes will be finally coming to a stop at Bleeker Bob's.

The longtime Village record store announced on its Facebook page that a new tenant has signed the lease for the store and it will open in June 1.

Bob's will remain open until May as the new venue, which the owner hinted would be a "another chain of self serve yogurt/coffee/hot chocolate cafes" secures permits for the location's remodeling, according to the page.
