New Jersey rocker Jon Bon Jovi has put his swank $42 million SoHo duplex on the market.

The five-bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom condominium in the pre-war New Museum Building on 158 Mercer St. features a panoramic view that looks over SoHo and three landscaped terraces.

The first floor has four bedrooms, a master suite with a dressing room and marble bath, and a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and chef's kitchen, according to the listing by Corcoran. The upstairs room, which can be accessed by elevator, contains a dining room with a wood-burning fireplace and another chef's kitchen.

The full-service 7,452-square-foot apartment also has a private screening room with a projector and home office.

Bon Jovi bought the luxury penthouse for $24 million in 2007, according to Curbed NY.

"This one of a kind apartment is for the discerning buyer who can appreciate fine craftsmanship and all of the modern conveniences," wrote Corcoran agent Deborah Grubman on the apartment listing.
