Bronx man killed his baby, baby's mom: police

A Bronx man savagely stabbed the mother of his child to death yesterday before setting their apartment on fire, killing their 1-year-old daughter and seriously injuring himself, police said.

Vincente Cordero, 34, was brought up on murder, arson and other charges in the deaths of Keiry Cordero, 1, and Kety Sanchez, 30.

Cordero was hospitalized in critical condition after the 8 a.m. fire that also left neighbors in his Morris Avenue building with minor injuries.
