After three necessary months of rehab, Charlie Sheen's ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, has been released from the swank Cirque Lodge in Sundance, Utah, RadarOnline.com reported.
Her latest stint in rehab came after the 34-year-old mother of two was arrested last December in Aspen for assault and cocaine possession. Mueller will face a judge in several weeks for her formal arraignment on the charges.
"After successfully completing an intensive three-month drug and alcohol treatment program, Brooke returned to Los Angeles Wednesday and has immediately begun an aggressive outpatient program that includes a sober companion," Mueller's rep, Steve Honig, told RadarOnline.com.
This has been Mueller's longest stint in rehab in her battle with drug addiction.
