Brooklyn cop arrested in assault rap

A police officer was arrested early Tuesday morning for an alleged domestic dispute, the NYPD said.
Ernest Volcy, 38, was arrested around 3 a.m. in Brooklyn while he was off duty. He was set to be arraigned in Brooklyn criminal court on assault charges for the domestic incident.
The NYPD declined give further details about the arrest.
