Christina Aguilera will get another swing at singing the Star Spangled Banner, should she accept the Brooklyn Cyclones’ offer yesterday to perform at the team’s Opening Day on June 18.

The Grammy winner was ridiculed for botching the national anthem at Sunday’s Super Bowl, swapping out the song’s lyrics for ones she made up on the fly.

“We felt she deserved another shot,” said Billy Harner, the spokesman for the Cyclones, a Class A farm team for the Mets. “It’s something we thought our fans will embrace.”

The team said they will even provide Aguilera with a copy of the lyrics, as they do with anyone who sings the anthem.

Harner said they did not immediately hear back from the singer, and Xtina’s publicist did not a return a call seeking comment yesterday.

The 30-year-old Aguilera, who is reportedly having a meltdown over her divorce from her music exec hubby, has apologized for her Super Bowl performance, saying that she hoped “everyone could feel my love for this country and that the true spirit of its anthem still came through.”

Meanwhile, a video posted on TMZ.com yesterday shows the former teen queen abruptly quitting her Super Bowl rehearsal after breezing through the lines she would later flub.

The Cyclones aren’t the only team offering Aguilera a Star Spangled do-over.

The Syracuse Crunch, a minor league ice hockey team, wants her to sing before its Feb. 19 game.
