A 19-year-old Brooklyn man was arrested yesterday in connection with the Brighton Beach boardwalk shooting last Thursday that left a 16-year-old girl dead and four other people injured, police said. Iloune Driver was charged with second-degree murder and assault in the melee that killed Tysha Jones. Cops said they suspect the incident was gang-related but did not know if Driver was a gang member, the New York Post reported.
