A 70-year-old man shot his sister and her daughter Tuesday morning in Flatbush, killing his 63-year-old sibling and wounding his 37-year-old niece, according to the NYPD.
The man shot his sister in the chest and shot his niece, who had a bullet graze her head, inside of a house at East 25th Street and Clarendon Road. His niece was taken to Kings County Hospital and is in stable condition.
The man is in custody, but no charges were filed as of press time, according to police.
A firearm was recovered at the scene, according to the NYPD. The investigation is ongoing and there was no motive known yet.
