A 34-year-old Brooklyn man was shot to death Saturday night in the lobby of his Sheepshead Bay apartment building after an altercation with two men, according to police.
Viktor Kolodiy, of 2701 Ocean Ave., was shot in the torso by one of the unidentified men around 9 p.m, police said. He was rushed to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
Police said there were no suspects as of press time.
The New York Post reported that Kolodiy was killed because of a fight over an iPhone, but the NYPD couldn't confirm that detail.
