A mass shooting in Brooklyn on Tuesday morning injured 16 people, including 10 who were shot. It is not being investigated as terrorism, NYPD Commissioner Keechant Sewell said at a press briefing. The "active shooting incident," which occurred on the N subway line at 36th Street, was committed by a man who donned a gas mask and opened fire, Sewell said.
